Boarding was crazy. Flight was delayed for an hour and passengers were trap on flight without water for an hour. Meals were disappointedly poor. Only one round of very little beverages (I was served half of a sparkling can—didnt know why crew refused yo serve me whole can). Crew were cold and rude and unattentive. Toilets are dirty terribly. Worst flight ever.
