DocumentsHealth Declaration Form - All passengers arriving in Estonia must submit a health declaration form a maximum of 72 hours before their arrival in Estonia. Travelers should keep the confirmation e-mail after completing it electronically or print it out before traveling. This requirement does not apply to travelers that have recovered from COVID-19 with accepted proof, travelers that have been fully vaccinated with accepted proof, and travelers that have recovered from COVID-19 and have been vaccinated with accepted proof.
COVID Certificate for public activity - Travelers over the age of 18 must have a valid COVID Certificate to enter most public establishments. The certificate will prove the traveler has been vaccinated, has recovered from COVID-19, or has tested negative.
Anyone who has been vaccinated abroad can prove they have been vaccinated by presenting a vaccine passport, a copy of the passport, or an officially verified excerpt from a database in a foreign country. The document must be in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet and in Estonian, Russian, or English and must contain the following information such as the disease against which the individual was vaccinated, the date of immunization, the brand name of the vaccine, the number of doses administered and Information on the certificate issuer (i.e. the CDC).
