New Orleans is the home of Louis Armstrong, and jazz may be king, but you can also find some fabulous Delta Blues, Zydeco and Cajun music at several bars and spots around town. Finally, you haven’t tasted NOLA until you've tried jambalaya, gumbo and po’boys .
