Went to pick up this car and had been told over the phone with Hertz that I could add full coverage for $ 12.00 a day. I spoke to the lady when picking up the car in Omaha and was given a price of $36.00 a day for full coverage When questioned she just said this was an independently owned franchise and that was the price. I took the car with no supplemental insurance and had to ask for a pick up inspection before leaving the airport. They have you there at the airport, late at night with very few options and take advantage. No one to call to extend for two hours after our flight was delayed.

There process to get the car was good. Unfortunately, as I drove away the smell of cigarette smoke was evident. I had looked at the outside, not looked at the inside. The inside needed a thorough cleaning. I about turned around and took it back but needed to get to the hospital. I'll not make that mistake again.

We rented a passenger van and ended up with a mini van so we were unable to fit all of our passengers. I would like to speak to someone about this and get some type of refund. very disappointed

I got a phone call at 6:30am the day after booking stating they did not have anything available. Why did I even get to reserve a car if there weren’t any available.

The time it took to get the car was long. The windshield had a chip in it underneath the windshield wiper, of which the guy cleaning the “bugs” off the windshield would have seen and it split and they are trying to charge me for it although I was told I would not be charged and a note would be put on the account.
