Reserved a car and received a confirmation, but when I got there they did not have a car to rent. Called Dollar down the street who supposedly had a car, but it did not have the unlimited mileage I had on the Enterprise car, so I did not rent that one either. Very disappointed in Enterprise. Would not rent from them again.

The line to pick up the car was 2 hours at the airport. It was the only company with a line. They ask you to check the vehicle for damages yourself before you drive off; which I did. When I got to my destination I noticed that all 4 tires of the 11 person van had absolutely no tread. This is very unsafe and illegal to have a vehicle like that for rental. I was responsible for driving 6 children during the trip through a national park in the rain. When I returned the car and told the attendant about, he replied “ I don’t care. Not my problem”. Then I went to the desk and was told “ I should have checked the tires.” All I wanted was for them to make sure they fix the car before putting another family in unnecessary risk.

Probably the dirtiest car I’ve ever rented. Dirty tissues, food debris found and no floor mats so ripped carpets in drivers side foot area. Lots of prior user papers in glove box. It felt as if no cleaning at all had been done between rentals or very haphazard. No midsize suv so the upgraded to a full size which was fine for my family but may have been an issue for some not wanting a larger vehicle. Would not recommend this company at this site.

I wasn't able to use the vehicle because the rental agency (rentalcars.com) didn't make it clear that an actual credit card (not a debit card) was required. Hertz wouldn't rent to me and rentalcars.com wouldn't refund the money. Rentalcars.com only said that I needed to bring the payment card, and in the fine print, it said an actual credit card was necessary.

Waited for an hour and a half to get our car after traveling all day. The office was obviously understaffed, and everyone who asked about the delay was told that it would just be a few more minutes. Vehicle was dirty with trash still in it from the previous renters.
