Nothing - THEY DIDN'T HAVE A CAR FOR ME!!!

Hertz did not honor my reservation

Arrived at the desk and they had run out of cars, despite me having made my reservation weeks ago. In front of me, they handed out a car to a family that was booking it on the spot. Also, for some reason, the representative needed 20 minutes per customer, so we had the joy of waiting in line for 40 minutes just to hear that they gave our car away to do somebody else. No solution was offered and we had to book a last-minute car from a different provider for triple the price. Avoid at all costs.

There were no cars available at scheduled pick up time despite having a reservation, no clarity from agents on when one would be available.

They did not have any cars for me, so I had to put in a bunch of time and effort finding another rental agency that did.

Start to finish was a breeze. No up selling , just focused on good service

Terrible. First, I was booked for a tesla model y. Told to wait for my car. After almost an hour, they told me that they don't have a model y, and I can take model 3. Much smaller, and I am 6'4... So, they told me that I either take the model 3 or come back tomorrow. I had a meeting in LA , and almost missed it. So I took the car, now, I found out that it was empty...not charged. Wasted another hour to find a charger and charge it. Overall, I will file a refund request, as I paid for a service that I did not receive. You should compensate me for all of my troubles and inconvenience. Please reply to me asap, Elad Goldsteen

The Budget people were amazing! I rushed when I booked my rental because my flight was delayed significantly and I needed to get home. In my haste I booked from the wrong location. The gentlemen at the counter helped me transfer my reservation and get me a car within 20 minutes. They were so nice and helped get me and my girls home before we would have even left if we had stayed for our delayed flight!

The reservation I made wasn’t recorded so I had to pay three times as much Otherwise fine

We got the van on the mystery special and that was great. The check in was horrible. It took FOREVER because we refused to buy the extra insurance as we had purchased private insurance at home. The lady badgered us and bullied us endlessly and would not let up. Finally she handed us the car keys. We had to come back and ask her what kind of car we were driving as she didn’t bother to mention it.

The booking agent was very helpful.
