My tickets have been cancelled this morning at 3am for 6:30am’ scheduled. I had to contact myself to reschedule it. I finally confirmed flight at 9:40am, however it delayed to 11am… I missed the pickup at Mel airport and need to pay double amount …. Such a bad experience

Delay Delay Delay. If that isn’t enough to set the mood, we then had to witness passengers abuse flight staff trying to get us on board quicker and due to their rudeness we all had to keep waiting. Thanks to them and Jetstar with their delays.

You need to have a Not Applicable Bow on your choices. It was good. Very helpful steward who organised retrieval of my mobile phone that I had left charging in the terminal. Very pleasant cabin staff. Seats too cramped. I don’t know how tall people cope.
