My experience was good but on my way back from LA to Vegas when I was boarding I was pulled to the side and I was asked to show my passport, I ‘am an American Citizen since 2001. I was the only one who was asked, there was no reason for that. Other that it was a good experience.

The Wi-Fi was not working, so there was no in-flight entertainment. The biggest disappointment was that my Delta diamond status did not transfer any status to my LATAM flight. I WOULD’VE THOUGHT THAT THERE WOULD BE A BETTER WORKING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AIRLINES.
