Picking up and dropping off was easy, but the car was old, all the windows were foggy like the car had tint that was not removed correctly which made driving difficult at night. Also no heat, and it got cold in Chiang Mai at night. So I was cold and the window defrost wasn’t working correctly

Car was very old, over 100,000 km. Also they took a $350 deposit on credit card and they say it takes a month to get back which is unheard of from any oher rental company.

Bad. Was not aware there was going to be a security deposit. In addition the security deposit has to be placed in the card that is used to rent the vehicle. The rental cost and the deposit was greater than the credit limit of the card used to rent the vehicle so they declined to rent to me. I am still waiting on my refund of the cost of the rental after nearly a month.

Pick up and drop off was pleasant. The car has been pre-prepared before arrival. Counter is only available in the international terminal which is an inconvenience. Car was OK. Slight issue with the heavy steering which I imagine is a function of maintenance.
