When i booked the car the age limit for the car was 25+ , when we arrived and we were extremely tired from the flight , they’ve said “sorry the age limit for this car is 28” , i showed them the reservation that says the age limit is 25+ , but they didn’t give us the car anyway, and then later they gave us another car that is good for my brother’s age (he is 27) , but the price was EXTREMELY HIGH , and we had no choice because everything is closed. Any ways this is my first and LAST time to book from this site and hertz company.

Car did not match reservation - had to pay more for the car we received (hidden free). Upon return, had to pay additional hidden fees to have car cleared.. Expenses are one thing, but please have them expressed up front.

Had 2 car mechanical issues 1) morning of the 2nd day of rental, tire engine sensor wouldn’t come off. Had to go back to the Hertz pick up site. Was offered to go to the Hertz maintenance garage & fix it. They couldn’t. Had to go back to the rental site & they finally exchange the car. 2) in the afternoon of the 2nd day. Had a low coolant alarm informing me that I couldn’t drive anymore. The car engine wouldn’t even stop. Returned the car again to Hertz after it cooled off. Spent > 4 hours over 2 days dealing with this Missed many visits that were reserved People from Hertz were always very professional & trying to find solutions I would like to discuss compensation with a representative of Hertz. Very Good|May 2023

The staff at both locations for pick up and drop off, which was in Switzerland not France, were friendly. Car they provided was new. It did pull some to one side while driving but overall car was good. Staff explained France toll systems to us and we found renting a car and driving in France much more convenient than taking trains as we travelled across France. You can see so many other places while leaving your luggage in your car.

T he car that gave to me was broken . I had a dangerous with my family. I call severel time gare de est paris offiice ı sent a mail . THEY REPLY MY MAİL AS A ‘’ WE WILL FİX lT lN A FEW DAYS !!!!!!!! After 50 times calling try ,ı spoke with one guy from absurd hertz he said to me bring the car to airport. I took the car to airport. They change the car but they / no upgrad firstly they CHARGE from me gasoline!!!!! They loose my tlne my money and they shamelessly asking me for money . You wasted my half day and you wanted money deom for this. İ REGRET TO HİRE A CAR FROM HERTZ . İ r REGRET . REGRET . REGRET…. *The staff in paris gare de est was bad. Because they was knowing the car has a proplem. NEVER ABSURD HERTZ AGAİN NEVER …
