|May 2025TERRIBLE SERVICE. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with you that has completely turned me off from ever using their services again. From the moment I arrived to pick up the car, the customer service was disorganized, unhelpful, and downright rude. I encountered long wait times despite having a reservation, and the staff showed no urgency or concern for the delays or my situation.

|Aug 2023the car was quite dirty, especially on the inside. the fuel indicator said the tank was full, but it wasn't entirely full so when I added gas I spent more than I should. when I brought the car back, although the return was scheduled for 3pm and I delivered it at 2:56pm, they still tried to charge me $81 for 1h late fee, since the pick-up time was 2:47pm. even so, it's just a 10 min extra. I had to go back to the store where they said there is actually a 30 minutes grace period for returns and the clerk removed it from the charges, but still they shouldn't even have tried to charge me that in the first place. clearly they try that with anyone and if you don't pay attention you'll end up paying for something you shouldn't.
