Pickup customer service was extremely bad. Took more than 30 min at counter to get my vehicle. Person at the counter was not efficient and very slow in the movement, couldn't read or type at normal speed so I had to go to next counter to get my vehicle. Staff at pick up in the lot and drop off was nice and efficient.

Had to stand in the broiling sun while returning my nasty dirty dented vehicle with no shade whatsoever. Upon speaking to the poor employee who was directing where to return the vehicle he stated he had asked management for some sort of covering for themselves and customers and was ignored. I felt horrible for the poor guy standing in the broiling sun

Everything was nice and convenient everything I asked the person at the desk to do they did. The bad part was there was only one person working so I had to wait a long time for the car both picking up and dropping it off.

They were very understaffed and the line to pick up the car was 45 minutes long. I asked for a Volkswagen Jetta upon renting but received a Chrysler minivan. Drop off was a train wreck. No one to show you where to park, do you leave keys in the car? Do you have the car inspected? It was all a guess. I won’t use them again.

We booked our rental car pick up for 11 pm and the location closed at 10 pm... we were not able to get a car for this trip and will never use the service again

When I arrived to pick up my reserved car I was told it was canceled and wascalled and left voice message. But I didn't get any voice messages or any cancelation emails. Because of this all my plans changed, I had to pay almost double price to rent car from different place.

The line was outside inthe heat and direct sun. It took a long time bc there weren’t enough staff. I requested an economy car but ended up with a huge massive 4-foot truck for one person! What a fossil fuel waste! When I looked at my reservation, it magically delineated a “mystery car” I did not agree to that. I loath surprises and would never seek t mystery car. Not a happy customer.

when calling to verify pickup times, we were given different messages EVERY single time. the agents we spoke with clearly did not know their business and caused us much duress. Our plane arrived after their closing time of 10pm.... we were told not to worry, someone would wait for us; another time we were told no one would be there to give us our car and we should cancel and try to find a different rental company; another person told us they had to file a request for someone to stay late for us and that they would submit it for us and it would take 72 hours to get back to us with the answer, no one called us back, we called them, they said there was no answer so there probably would be no one there; another person said that everyone else we'd spoken to was mistaken and that there was a new policy that someone would stay until all customers with reservations picked up their cars so not to worry, etc, etc, etc, it was awful

Rented online after my car was totaled in 9’ of water. They allowed me to rent at 22 and just required a fee which I was willing to pay. However when I got there well before my pick up time to get the car they ended up flagging my ID and would not allow me to have a car. I have a clean record and again, my age was known before allowing me to book. I was left without a car for a week and had to take off work for the whole week.
