Cheap Car Rentals in Las Vegas from $49

The car wasn’t ready when we picked up and had to be cleaned so we had to wait quite a while, which put us behind on our trip. But, other than that our experience was great. Staff was helpful and nice, particularly when we dropped the car off. I wish I remembered her name, but the person who checked us in was fantastic!

The agent at your location gave us a price of over $500 for a 2 day rental which was $124 including taxes & insurance. She said we were unable to use kayak website. She said we had to pay their location fee. I had confirmation & intinerary that I showed her with this price.I offered to show it to her again she wouldn’t look at it. She continued to argue with myself and my wife. We said fine we’re not taking this car. We called Uber to come pick us up. We were waiting outside for Uber to come get us and take us back downtown to our hotel. Then after about 5 minutes the agent came back outside. She said there was an error in the dates of our booking. She then said we could have the car for the price it said in my confirmation. I really think that this employee should be warned if not fired for trying to scam us out hundreds of dollars. While I was outside I spoke to another customer he said they were being charged $900 for a 1 week rental. He thought this was ridiculous. If I was him I would have walked away. He got scammed big time. This location really needs to be investigated. It was a horrible experience for us on our holiday. Cheers Rick Grimard

Beware they charge a $100 cancellation fee.

We have paid for a BMW X5 but when the suitcases did not enter they gave us a Dooge Durango, the windshield wiper was empty, the driver's seat did not work the buttons and you could not adjust it to your needs and it did not have a sunroof or GPS. They told us that being of a lower category would make us a refund and the invoice that we have received is what was paid at the time of collection. The delivery boy is very friendly but you find the surprise when you leave two hours later from your pick-up because the suitcases do not enter. Dissatisfied with the service that has not complied with the return after having delivered it with full fuel and in perfect condition when delivered.

The vehicle was nice, the convenience was great and the price was unbeatable

Instead of waiting 25 minutes to have my economy rental cleaned the agent should’ve offered me the full size upgrade at no additional cost not $10/day

Most Las Vegas hotels on the Strip don't allow pick up or drop off of rental car customers. One has to take Uber or public transit to get there

We got the van on the mystery special and that was great. The check in was horrible. It took FOREVER because we refused to buy the extra insurance as we had purchased private insurance at home. The lady badgered us and bullied us endlessly and would not let up. Finally she handed us the car keys. We had to come back and ask her what kind of car we were driving as she didn’t bother to mention it.

Check in agent was having issues with their internal system. Was getting into arguments with guests (People were being rude so it wasn't entirely their fault) Vegas was experiencing a heat wave - office AC couldn't keep up. Was there for 2 hours, was so disorganized people who showed up after me were seen before me. Wound up booking another car with a different company - A full refund would be required for me to consider booking with Kayak or Hertz in the future.

Flight delayed hot to rental car location 12:08 they wouldn’t even open the door to speak to me spoke to me through the door couldn’t understand they closed at 12;00 Literally worst service I took an Uber to this pick up location from airport had to Uber to lake Las Vegas then Uber again the next day to pick up budget rental car Called Sunday to get my $ back from hertz could not reach a representative. Left message no one Responded.

The worst. I took a $30 Uber to pick up the car only to find the location was closed. Then took a $40 Uber to the airport to another location that was suggested on the sign at the first location and they wouldn’t honor the reservation and quoted me a much higher rate. Walked across the hall to budget who promptly got me in a car that was cheaper and upgraded me for free. Hertz may want to learn a thing or two from the experience and my loss of money from Uber rides because of their issues.

The advertised price was not the same that they requested at the pick up

My flight was delayed so I was unable to pickup the vehicle on the reservation day. The next day when I went to get the car I was denied the vehicle because I was unable to provide proof of insurance on my own vehicle at home. I was left stranded and had spent around $75usd on a cab ride to and from the rental office. Horrible experience.
