Couldn't use debit, then couldn't use tap to pay with my credit, so I had to go all the way home to get my credit and then return to the rental place again. I couldn't make any changes to the rental on the phone. I had to go to a physical location to do so. Any questions that I did have were answered incorrectly on the phone (including store hours) because I couldn't get ahold of anyone who worked at the physical location, only outside of the country.
