Not the most exciting business class experience out there, the seat was OK though rather narrow and poorly upholstered; bedding was mediocre quality. Functional more than anything else. Food mediocre, no choice of menu. Staff seem to do their best despite language barrier and differing service expectations in terms of what J class should be today.
