At check in , the rep quoted me the price significantly higher than what my reservation was booked at. He claimed there were taxes that were causing the difference but when I showed him the quotes reservation price, it miraculously was adjusted to the quote. The car was stinky and windshield was filthy but it got me from point A to point B. I then had an early am return before staff had arrived and used the key drop box. When I received the receipt for checkout via email, they assessed an additional $300 for supposed additional damages Upon spending another 15 minutes of hold time to get with a rep, it turned ou that they smelled the same smell and were charging a smoking damage Assessment along with taxes. We most definitely did not smoke in the car and will be disputing the charges with he credit card company. This wa the worst experience and only gave them one star because there were no negative options available in the survey.
